I left my corporate job on 7/21/17 in order to help showcase Nature for Mother Nature fans online. I did not arrive easily at this decision since my corporate job paid extremely well and included amazing benefits. Alas, the one benefit I was not easily allowed was the time to immediately pursue any and all wild events happening any and all moments of every day throughout the world. I know it would have helped me greatly to see more Nature during the work week, so that is what I’ve set out to bring to you. Stay tuned!
Objectify

Sometimes it just happens. A fleeting thought, a passing moment…
I think of you. I think of the word that popped into my head the other day at random. Objectify.
To objectify is to degrade the status of a mere object (i.e. “a deeply sexist attitude that objectifies women” and how the definition itself is objectifying women by portraying women as mere objects, if they so permit the definition to persist) OR to express something in a concrete form, such as by using words in poetic ways to explain how one might feel about a given set of circumstances.
One begins justifying excentric, curt, terse interactions from youth. I believe we can all recognize that there is a Spirit of Truth and a Spirit of Destruction. There is the will (but not always the confidence) to kill, steal and/or destroy among thoughts of Peace. I believe that only some of us are currently able to accept the truth that we must actively choose to exercise our demons.

Oh, side note! I reserved one more night at PC on the 17th! How cool is that? It gives me an extra evening (and temperature range) to come up with a few clever words to “OBJECTIFY” myself AND my former self/selves! In some ways, that is known as “meditation” or “prayer” even. Coupled with fasting? Like in doing without many of the basic “take it for granted” pleasures? It truly helps!
